A Wonderful Home Buying Experience in Central FL

I am an experienced homebuyer from the Washington DC Metro area. My husband & I decided to relocate to the Orlando area in July 2006. .......I contacted several real estate agents in the area, but none of them were to our satisfaction. After praying and waiting for over six years about this relocating surly, God must be a "ram in the bush" waiting.... I was led to a particular web site called Amerivest Realty; after looking at the various web pages, I saw a smiling angel, which captured my attention, I said to myself, "Lord, this person must have been saving for us".

I communicated with Bernie via email and as I thought, she responded promptly and ever since her business ethics and professionalism have been impeccable. We flew down and met with her and she treated us in a manner which other agents we have experiences with could not even touch her with a "ten foot pole".

We put a contract on a house within 2 days of shopping..... When we returned home, my husband and I decided to choose another property. I felt terrible with all the time & effort Bernie spent showing us the properties in the steamy hot weather; yet she understood & respected our decision. ....We did find another house on-line and all business was conducted via telephone, fax, mail and eamil. This house we are living in now was bought unseen and we loved it when we pulled into the driveway. The children which Bernie thought about dearly are now attending "A+" schools. Moreover, as for me, I could not expect any one better I thank the Lord for His guidance and wisdom when He chose Mrs. Bernie Reardon for us!
